CANCELLATION/REFUND/CREDIT POLICIES

Please understand Wonder Puppy (WP) relies on your commitment to operate effectively. WP cannot fill vacancies without reasonable notice and therefore must uphold these cancellation / refund policies as stated. 

Cash Refund Window: Cash refunds will only be provided when requested within 72 hours of purchase AND when all cancellation time requirements below are met.*

Credit/Exchange Deadlines: Credit to reschedule or exchange your services will only be provided when processed before the following deadlines:

  • SOCIALS |  12 hours prior to class start time | valid until age-out limit

  • COURSES | 5 days prior to course start time  | valid for 1 year

  • PRIVATES | 48 hours prior to session start time  | valid for 90 days

SOCIALS

  • Credit for canceling or rescheduling will only be provided when requested or processed by you with at least 12 hours of advance notice before your class is scheduled to start. 

  • All class credits must be used before your puppy exceeds the age limit for each type of social service; any remaining credits are forfeited when your puppy ages out of the service. To make sure you will be able to use all credits, we recommend scheduling well in advance. If you are unsure you will be able to use the class credits within the age limit, WP suggests you opt to “buy as you go” and purchase single classes as you plan to attend. 

  • If you or your dog is sick in the last 24 hours prior to your service, please cancel and notify the office to determine if accommodations can be made.

GROUP COURSES 

  • Credit for rescheduling and/or exchanging courses will be provided only until five days (120 hours) before your class is scheduled to start. If you can not complete your course for any reason after the five day deadline has passed, either before or after your course has started, WP will give you an account credit worth 50% of the value of your remaining sessions. Credits for group courses are valid for up to one year.

  • If your puppy can't come to a class due to illness, injury, or estrus, WP encourages you to come to class without your pup. WP does not offer makeup classes, however, but sends out weekly instructional emails for added support. 

PRIVATE SESSIONS

  • Credit for rescheduling or canceling sessions will only be provided until 48 hours before your session is scheduled to start; no credit will be provided for requests for rescheduling or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice. 

  • All session credits must be used within 90 days of purchase; any remaining credits are forfeited after that 90 days. To make sure you will be able to use all credits, WP recommends scheduling well in advance. If you are unsure you will be able to use the session credits within 90 days, WP suggests you opt to “buy as you go” and purchase single sessions as you plan to attend. 

  • If you or your dog are sick within 48 hours of your session, please contact your trainer and the office to determine if accommodations can be made.

*Waitlist note - You will be eligible for refund if you are on the waitlist for a Social and don’t get into a class.
